How It Works

Cialis 20 mg is considered as a PDE 5 inhibitor. It contains the ingredient Tadalafil that works by increasing the blood flow to certain areas of the body. An enzyme known as PDE 5 causes a constriction in the arteries and the blood vessels of the body. It does not let cGMP to be produced properly. cGMP is a molecule that controls the dilation and contraction of blood vessels. This leads to improper flow of blood and an erection does not occur. Dosage

Cialis 20 mg is an oral medication meant to be taken by mouth. The medication starts showing effects within 30 minutes and lasts as long as 36 hours. It is advised to take the pill one hour before any sexual activity.

1. For patients suffering from Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), a single pill meant to be taken at the same time daily.
2. For Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), a dose of Cialis 20mg, 40mg, and 60mg are usually prescribed.

Cialis comes in several doses like 5mg, 20mg, 40mg, etc. It is recommended to visit your doctor to get yourself diagnosed and get prescribed the most suitable dose for effective treatment.

Missed Dosage: Since this pill is taken as and when needed, the chances of missing a dose are very low. However, for people suffering from PAH, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Do not overdose to make up for the missed dose.
