How does Cialis Black 80mg work?

Cialis Black contains the active ingredient Tadalafil that belongs to a class of medications known as PDE 5 inhibitors. Due to the action of the enzyme PDE 5 (Phosphodiesterase Type 5), blood cannot flow properly to the penis. This makes it difficult for a person to achieve or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse.

Tadalafil present in Cialis Black blocks the action of PDE 5 and lets blood flow properly. When nitric oxide is released into the penis upon sexual stimulation, cGMP is produced. cGMP or Cyclic guanosine monophosphate controls the dilation and contraction of blood vessels. When cGMP is produced properly, blood can flow easily to the penis. As more and more blood flows, the pressure is created in the penis. This leads to an erection.

Dosage of Cialis Black 80mg

The recommended dose of Cialis Black 80mg is one tablet per day. Do not consume more than one tablet in 24 hours. This medicine can be taken with or without food. For best results, consume one pill exactly one hour before anticipated sexual activity. This medicine does not enhance your sexual performance or provide an orgasm. Make sure you are sexually stimulated for this pill to work properly. Take it as advised by the doctor.

Missed Dosage: This medicine is taken as and when needed. Therefore, you’re less likely to miss a dose.
