Damaged/ Defective Product Received

If you have received a damaged/ defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the item received. Our customer support team takes all the queries very seriously and it helps us to improve our quality of service. If the product that you have received is damaged, it will be reshipped provided that you have sent us all the details required for the reshipment. Unfortunately, your order cannot be refunded once it has been processed.

Incorrect Product Received

Your order is eligible for a refund if the product that you have received is incorrect.

Policy for MTP Kit customers

If you are looking to purchase the MTP Kit or have already purchased one, please note that we don’t provide any returns or refunds for the same product. Please make your decision before purchasing the product. Due to the implementation of certain laws in the country regulating the sale of the MTP Kit, it has become difficult for us to source the product from the respective manufacturers (pharma companies). As a result, we request your patience and support during these time-sensitive situations. Please note that we do not provide any sugar pills or placebos. All our products are directly sourced from the manufacturer itself.

Lost Orders

In some rare cases, if an order gets lost in transit or does not reach you for a very long time, we’ll ship it again on a high priority basis. Our customer support team will reach out to you and give timely updates on your order.

Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email regarding the same before it is verified. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been approved by our team. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
